Kashtab
Private · No login · The other side never sees your number

A private room for a money dispute.

Two people, one room. Talk on the record, keep private notes, and make a sealed offer: each side enters its real limit in private, and the room only says whether a deal exists.

Start a room

We store only a hash. If you lose it, the room is gone. It is also saved in this browser so you can come back.

I was invited

You got a link and a passphrase from the other side. Enter both.

My rooms on this device

1

Create the room

Give it a title and a passphrase. Facts from the letter reader come with you.

2

Invite the other side

Send them the link from your own email, and a separate guest passphrase by another channel. No account needed.

3

Talk, then seal

Talk on the record with a tone check in the middle. When you're ready, both enter a sealed limit. The room says deal / close / no — never the numbers.

What the room is — and isn't

  • Neutral, not a mediator. Kashtab does not decide anything, does not give legal advice, and does not recommend a number.
  • Sealed means sealed. Your limit is compared on the server and never shown to the other side. You only learn whether the two limits overlap (up to 6 rounds).
  • Nothing is sent on your behalf. You share the invite link yourself. Agreements are written by you, in your words.
  • Not for: sexual harassment, discrimination, wages, safety, minors, criminal or government matters — please talk to a licensed attorney.
